I went into the Willow brook mall Verizon Kiosk (I thought) and asked the sales rep Joseph Hull how much unlimited internet to be used with my laptop would cost. Mr. Hull quoted me a price and we then ported 4 numbers over from T-Mobile (whom I had been with for 12 years). I bought an LG Voyager and 3 Chocolates (for wife and two daughters). After logging into my Verizon account I discovered I was set up with a 5 gig limit and would be charged $500 a gig thereafter. Calling Verizon I was told that no unlimited internet package was even offered by the company. So I tried calling Mr. Hull to inform him that I would be returning the fraudulently sold phones only to reach his voice mail. Eventually he text messaged me to say he would call me back but he never did. I left him a text message on Thursday explaining I would be returning the phones on Monday (I had to gather them back up from scattered family members). Monday rolled around and I showed up at the kiosk (60 miles from my home in Crosby,Texas) exactly as I said I would, to have Joseph Hull refuse to accept the phones! He came up with some cock and bull story about how I had to have bought new phones and ported out the numbers and and and before he could accept his fraudulently sold phones back. I asked to speak with his manager but was told he could not give out his managers name or number but his manager would call me back another day (seems there existed no such thing as a cell phone in this alternate reality Mr. Hull had constructed)! I then called Verizon customer support and let them talk to Mr.Hull, after he handed the phone back to me, Avis (very nice lady) told me to leave the phones on the counter and walk away, which seemed kind of drastic but Mr Hull and his lies Forced it! Now it's almost 2 weeks later and my credit card has still not been charged back (I ported out my numbers back to T-mobile the second day)
Avoid these vultures, I have emailed the CEO, CFO ,Webmaster etc and they do not give a crap. These people are criminals in every sense of the word, they will lie to you and then mistreat the $hit out of you if you  notice in time! Go to a Verizon corparate owend store! Verizon was as nice as could be asked of anyone but these little 3rd party theft shacks make their living on whatever extra blood they can suck out of you over and beyound anything Verizon charges or requires!

Lesson learned the hard way!
