Very inhuman and cold service from the employees behind the reception (when I'm done writing out my check she blundly says; we do not take checks I told you that on the phone....NOT!), but especially Mrs. Doctor herself, Kimberly Smith. on your first visit you would expect some friendlyness. My annual skin exam took less than 1 minute ($75) and I had to point out issues myself to her! Even more important do not ever bring your children to her! She probably has no children herself because she doesn't know how to handle them. She was plain out rude to my child that was all scared and upset! Told her she had to leave if she wouldn't stop crying! What kind of a Dr. are you? I can go on and on about our visit, but to keep it short: DO NOT GO THERE! Now I understand why she doesn't have a waiting list and the other dermatologist on our plan does! It's worthwhile waiting for the other Dr. next time!
