Had landlord fax work order on day 1 at 9am, heard nothing from AAA. I then called on day 2 at 12pm, was guaranteed that worker would come on day 3 in the morning. Took leave from work on day 3, again no call no "technician". Called on day 3 at noon, was promised that technician comes in the afternoon. Got call at 3:30pm, that technician was on the other side of town and won't make it but will make it in the morning of day 4. In the AFTERNOON of day 4 worker finally showed up, said part was broken. Said that part will arrive at their service location on day 9. Nobody kept me updated, had to call on day 9 and was informed worker will come in the morning of day 10. Today is day 10, and again we have the AFTERNOON and I had to stay away from my work for the "technician". STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN! Look for other service in Tampa if you can!
