I had a crew come out and clean 2 rooms. I was quoted $40 for a job. Cleaning was so-so with bed not being moved at all in the master bedroom. I had $60 in 20 dollar bills, and expected to pay $40 plus tax (7%). The guy said he had no change on him. I contacted the office right after the crew left, and spoke with someone who promised a callback after the crew comes back to the garage. 3 weeks later I decided to call back because he never called me. I was told once again that he will call me back once he speaks with the crew about it. 2 weeks later-still nothing. I called again (matter of principle at this time) and his phone was "muted" ( I couldn't hear him). I called back again with no answer. I left v/m and at this point I just wanted to say that this business is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, overcharged me for the job and will not reimburse. If you are looking for an HONEST hard working company to clean your carpet, try some other company. My $0.02.
