Unfortunately this site has no place for rebuttals. The same person wrote all 3 reviews,he was an employee who we caught stealing and prosecuted. He and his wife are just a little childish. Being THE top rated company on Angie's List for over 10 YEARS doesn't happen by accident. (And a SPOTLESS record with the B.B.B.) Thank you, do your research.

The reviews are correct on all accounts. Morgan Exteriors does not honor the window warranty, they only honor the installation. And they are of little help if you need warranty work done. The distributer may honor the warranty but they also do not have a service department and the people they have are sales/warehouse people and don't know the workings of the products. So, you will be on your own if you need warranty work. Buyer beware!

I am at wits end. Kirk Morgan, the owner of Morgan Exterior just left my house. My husband and I told him we would not be buying anything today. He spent 3 hours trying to pressure us and when he was asked him to leave he got very threatening. I almost had to call the police.

Go elsewhere! Small company trying to act big. No service department. Who will fix your panes????? Owner is misrpresenting product has tendency to not pay contractors. Buyer Be aware
