Even the GOP in their most determined death wish moment, isn't going to top the ticket with two guys from the same state. 

He is also, about 5 years or so too young to qualify.

If McCain is intent on selecting a member of the RIA community, let me put forward in nomination two names.  The first is Genghis the Hun, whose addition to the ticket would allow the GOP to run a Codger Campaign, ensuring the support of every voter over 50.  The second would be Randyman, whose hispanic background, and California residence might minimize some of the Dem's strengths in those areas.

Since there has been a Sith Lord as V.P. for the last  8 years, it can only bring balance to the Force if we have a Jedi.

This is obviously an allusion to the naming of General David Petraeus.  The most likely scenario of anyone.  (numbah would be equally qualified, of course)

Wha? numbah is a mere 29 and that is too young! Wait until 2016, kids, then MAYBE numbah shall rock the white house. Even so, I'm not sure a Jedi's place is politics. I've always thought politics is best left to the politicians...

. . . numbah's not that sort of corrupted to be in politics (from what I know of him, at least).

He is not qualified. He has to be 35 years old under the Constitution.

A military mastermind like Numbah combined with McCain's war record would make for a very safe country. Terrorists wouldn't dare challenge the man who says, "Speak softly and carry a large lightsaber!"

Not only do I fully endorse this individual, but I will be happy to work in his office!

Numbah's too good for politics.  Let's keep him independent.

Everything would be fine, unless McCain kicks the bucket, and numbah becomes drunk with power. Then we'd probably see the following events occur:

1. Jessica Alba's birthday becomes a national holiday.

2. Bruce Bowen gets shipped to Guantanamo Bay on phony terrorism charges.

3. All military sidearms replaced by lightsabers.

4. Large government grants issued to researchers studying the effects of the illuminati on current society.

Only if he wears that Jedi getup on inauguration day.

A motorcade of Hummers would be a cool sight.
