Love, love, love Oasis for both their falafel and French fries. They use Asoya oil, which makes them taste even better.

I guess if you're looking for something more authentic, the Oasis is the place to go. All the Turkish people I know go on and on about their pickles. And my roommate eats there a lot too. However, this boring old American actually prefers the gyros at a chain place like Pita Pit to the Oasis.
