A library, church, bar, or shopping mall might tell you a lot about what a person is like. Those were the first thoughts that came to my mind. But any sort of pattern can probably be analyzed to give you a glimpse of their personality.

I think so.  If you are often judged by the company you keep then the kind of places you hang out in can be a factor.

to a point. it would depend. I would not hang around someone who always wants to go to the bar.and drink all the time. I am not a partier either. some people are more sociable and like that. I am not exactly unfriendly but I am shy so probably would not be very good if I hung around someone who frequented party scenes.
