03/11/2008 |  great movie good cast. Jeff Bridges plays a shock jock talk radio host. he tends to say outrageous things.One night a caller talks about how he visited this fancy club. Jack cuts down the place and said that people there would just sneer at someone like the caller.and the people who go there is "not human and should die"{or something like this} the caller takes it serious and goes to this club and shoots up the place killing patrons. now the fault is on jack and his big mouth. two years later he is unemployed a drunk and meets a man who is living on the streets played by Robin williams he finds out that Robin's character was in that club two years ago and his wife was murdered by the caller right in front of him. and it drove him to the streets pretty messed up. Jack feels he has to help the man.some very good scenes about changing yourself to help others and make up for past mistakes.jeff Bridges was good in this movie and so was the rest of the cast, Robin williams, Mercedes, and Michael Jeter, amanda Plummer. good movie.
