The worst customer service I've received in my lifetime and I'm pretty old. They didn't have the rims I ordered and paid for and suggested a substitute. Had the rims installed for $100 and they didn't fit. You cant call and speak to a customer service representative, I'm not sure they exist. I returned the rims 30 days ago and still have not received a refund. I called AMEX to cancel the transaction and wheelsnext reported to AMEX that they never received the rims I shipped. I am still fighting with them and wasting 30 minutes on hold to speak to anyone at wheelsnext. I verified with Federal Express that the rims were received 4 days after shipping. Let the buyer be aware, if you check the reviews on the web, Wheelsnext has 99.99% bad reviews. I would be willing to bet that the good reviews come from the Customer Service staff that never answer the phone at Wheelsnext.

I went online to find a new set of wheels and tires after going to several local tire dealers because I was not able to get the tire dealers to give me their undivided attention while trying to select the best fit for my car. They were to busy trying to take care of people walking in for oil changes etc. After calling several online places I tried Wheels Next. I was not able to get the selection I wanted from the other online places-out of stock on anything cool. The customer service guy I spoke with seemed pretty knowledgeable and they even had what I liked in stock. I'm not waiting 4-6 weeks for a new set of wheels. I read the reviews after I ordered and thought what did I get myself into. Well to my surprise after reading the reviews I was able to speak with customer service and they were very concerned when my shipment did not arrive exactly on time. They forwarded my tracking numbers within 15 min. and I received my wheels within the next 4 days. Being in a customer service position myself, I have to say people are easy to criticize but they are not very excited about writing a good review. I received better attention from the online dealers but was only able to get what I wanted from Wheels Next. For being such a big company with several distribution centers I felt they did a great job getting me my wheels and tires that I ordered in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company for tires and wheels.

I only gave them one star because I didn't see a option for zero. I only wish I would have researched them before my purchase. Took serveral weeks longer then they promised only to have them screw it up with the wrong lugs. Had to purchase my own, couldn't wait for them again. Now I'm trying to get some reimbursement for my loss and they are playing games with 15 min. wait times on hold, for customer service, only to tell me again that they are waiting approval from a very busy manager and to call back in another week! Maybe the customer service manager wouldn't be so busy if they were not constantly messing up!!! Don't Do Business with Them and tell everyone you know. I AM.

Stay away from wheelsnext.com. They scammed me out of 171.00 on a 640.00 purchase! I have reported them to the BB and am fighting to reverse my CC charges. I ordered a set of 4 polished rims because i live in Chicago with salt and snow..They didn't have them available and shipped me chrome rims without my consent or knowledge. I refused them when they arrived because i never ordered chrome wheels. They kept 171.00 of my 640.00 purchase as a restock fee saying I was lying and authorized chrome wheels to be shipped which I would NEVER EVER agree too due to salt on Chicago roads. So beware…..they ship you what you didn't order and charge a ridiculous restock fee knowing that you will return the incorrect order! Fraud at its best! Wheelsnext.com = Fraud & Scam Artists

To make short and sweet, WheelsNext is the worst company I've dealt with online. Their timelines were off by weeks, my sensors didn't fit the new wheels, and the lug nuts arrived 2 weeks later. Spent 10+hrs on hold and writting e-mails attempting to resolve my issues. Finally gave up and taking them to small claims court. The gas card is a joke, I threw it away - completly misrepresented.

I ordered a set of wheels and tires from wheelsnext on June 30, 2008. An email was automatically sent to me saying they would respond within 24 hours. One week later I got tired of waiting for them to call, so I called them, they told me they lost my order. So I placed it again, and inquired about a free gas card promotion they were running, they assured me I qualified, as long as I spent over $1500. I added a few extra things to my order to make it over the $1500, I went with premium tires at $200 more. I paid for the order with my credit card, they told me I'd receive an email when the order shipped, (within 1-2 days). I waited another week and a half, still no email, so I called them again. They informed me that they lost my order AGAIN. They said they were going to ship it today! 2 more days pass, and I get a phone call from wheels next, explaining they do not have my rims in stock, they need to order them from another store. Two more weeks pass. My rims arrive at their store. I call to inquire once more, they say it is being shipped today. Two days later I get a call from wheelsnext, they tell me they do not have my tires in stock, they would like to give me a different set. Fine I say, I inquire once more about the gas card, they assure me it is coming. 4 days later I get a confirmation that my order is shipped. When my order finally arrives at my door, 8 days later, I see that they downgraded my tires, without adjusting my bill, so I paid $200 extra for tires I didn't get. And no gas card. I call and ask about the gas card, they will send it out today, they say. 4 days later I get a call from wheels next saying I will not be getting the gas card. Nor will I be getting my $200 back for the tires they never sent. After 3 attempts at talking to a manager, to which they just leave me on hold for 20-30 minutes, until I hang up, I am frustrated, and not liking wheelsnext much. On a lighter note, I do like my wheels, and they fit my car, and look really good.

I purchased the wrong set of tires/wheels (tried to surprise hubby) from WheelsNext and trying to send them back and order a more expensive set has been a losing battle! Just trying to get through to a "live person" takes anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes. Then they pass you around to other depts and before you know it, you're on ETERNAL HOLD and an hour and 30 minutes of your life has been wasted! This the the worst online buying experience of my life and will never do business with these guys again. Can you believe they had the nerve to tell us not to call back again and they will call us when they have the info we need?! Unfreakin' believable!!! I also wish I would have done my due diligence and researched this company before I made the purchase. Buyers beware is all I can say!

didnt send the right wheels. sent them back. waited 3 months. Had to pay shipping! When i purchased insurance for 120 dollars and put a claim in, they would not return calls. they would not email me. they would claim they never got my email. I even sent them physical copies of the pictures they requested in the mail and they still ignored my claim. these people are absolute theives. they do not deserve anyones money and their building should burn to the ground.

Be aware of wheelsnext II (second part) The rims and the tires arrive on June 12, but they send the wrong rims in the wrong color. My order was for a set of TENZO Type-M Version 2 Machined with Black and they send me a set of TENZO Type-M Version 1 Black. Disappointed with this lake of care and disrespectful service I call Wheels next the same day. After hours on the phone I got to talk with Dayron Rubio (manager of something at Wheelsnext) who recognize their mistake and who gave me two possible solutions. First: He told me that in Canadian cases like mine usually Fedex doesnt pick up the merchandise at home. So that I should send the merchandise to them and they will reimburse me the shipping money and send me the right order this time. Second: He proposes me to keep the wrong merchandise they send to me if I accept a fantastic deal from them. So he offers me the set of rims originally I order (Without tires, bolts, etc) for $340 dollars. He says I can sell easily here in Canada the first rims they send to me. I told him that Im not a sales person and that Ill lost money, because now I should pay for the mounting, balance and change of the tires mounted in the wrong rims plus time (Time

I have ordered from wheelsnext 3 times over the last 5 years. Everytime that I have ordered from them they have exceeded by expectations. Here is a list of how I would sum up the company.... 1. Knowledge - they knew more then anyone else on fitments 2. Selection and Price - everytime they have beat competitor pricing 3. Delivery - Twice got delivery on time, once got delivery 2 days late 4. Website - easy to navigate The best recommendation is to say that I would buy again and I have. Maybe they deliver a couple of days late (for me once) but they know their stuff and literally the have the best prices on wheels that no one else has. I have ordered from Rafael and I would recommend him to take care of anyone

Please don't buy from them! I paid 1500$ for a wheels/tires package and they didn't even send me the tracking number or any news after I paid. Everytime you call them, they put you on hold for a long time and when you ask them what's going on with your transaction....they say: "we are processing your order"......"we had some shortage on stock"......."we will ship your order soon"........still no news after 3weeks of wait and I think I'll call my credit card company to cancel the order if I don't get any news in a few days.....please don't make the same mistake on buying there!

my chrome lips on my cheap rims i bought from them started to rust after less than a year. also, the warranty they tell you about that you pay for, they don't mention that your rim has to actually leak if it is to be considered damaged, but all bent and twisted is ok, but as long as it doesn't leak air they won't send you a new one. and the customer service kind of sucks, tryin to get the same sales rep is impossible. thumbs down.

terrible customer service - and i mean terrible. nobody answers phone, lots of time on hold, and then they argue with you. google them (wheelsnext - don't put the .com) and read all the complaints. Many, many, many. ONly wish I hadn't purchased from them. Live and learn...never again.

I think wheelsnext.com is great online source for wheels and rims .I had a wonderful experience I wanted silver wheels. While making an online search –a long time search and reading some forums and finally I stumbled upon wheelnext.com and my search ended there. The exact wheels I was looking for was right there. And it was not just my choice of wheels that was met on wheelsnext.com, even the price range was reasonable. I made my pick in not more than 5 minutes..
