I was a bit dissapointed,as I had great hopes of finding a new favorite. It's passable, but I like Sammy Addams Dark (or is it Black ?) much better.

Samuel Adams Cream Stout is decent, but I do not think it is anything special. It is a lighter, sweeter version of the stout. If I had my druthers, I would choose Guinness or Beamish hands down. I think that Sam Adams offers many other brews that are better than this.

Usally I love Sam Adams and all but I don't dig this at all. Personally I'd rather pay the extra dollar or two and have a sixer of an Irish stout.

Solid entry into the dark beer category for this famous domestic beer company. Like all darks, I couldn't throw them back on a consistent basis but this is a fine treat once in a while. . .

Haven't had a cream stout in a couple years, local selection sucks. One of my two very favorite beers, and a couple years is too long to go without it. Other favorite is Grolsch, which I find more often here.

Not normally much of a stout drinker I will make an exception for Sam Adams' version. Well done for the style.

The best beer Boston Beer Company puts out.

A 4.5! Sam Adams Cream Stout is a very good dark beer that I am likely to buy again. It pours with less head than a Guinness and has a more hoppy flavor to it. Despite its name it did not taste overly creamy to me. Traditional Irish stouts such as Guinness, Murphy's, and Beamish taste smoother to me than Sam's Cream Stout, but the flavor of Sam's Cream Stout is still excellent.
