If you need cosmetic surgery to make you feel better about yourself then you should rethink your priorities because that's not a good reason.

If looks really mattered so much that one would actually view a "plainer" person a "nobody", then it's high time for an attitude adjustment. Isn't it the inside that counts?

No, the only cosmetic alterations to my body have been the result of sticking beer, whisky and unhealthy food down my neck.
