As far as I am concerned I wish we had more Tremor flicks. This edition is a sequel to Tremors and we find Fred Ward still in the same desert location. He has wasted his loot from the first picture in a losing ostrich farm. His partner in the first movie, Kevin Bacon, took his money and made something of it. Fred gets approached to wipe out these nasty Dune- like giant worms that are infesting a Mexican oil field.
He gets a new side kick to replace Kevin Bacon, but on location they realize that they need the help of the gun nut husband and wife team from the first flick, Michael Gross and Reba McIntire. Unfortunately, Reba has split from Michael and taken some of his best guns. Hilarious.
The gang is in Burrito Land fighting the worms and discover that the damn things mutate. Good escapist viewing here.
