Much like dim sum, I've never done tapas. Apparently, I'm reluctant to make a meal out of appetizers.

While living in South France I ate some Spanish foods but don't remember this one. If I tried it then I probably liked it because most Spanish foods I tried, I did like. That was 18 years ago too!

It's a fun, social meal. My favorite Tapas are the Batatas Bravas, the Tortilla, and anything sausage related.
