This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their instuctions lead me to delete an hour long phone conference we heald and they did nothing to help me retrieve it, nor do they have a back-up system that keeps it for a short period of time. They basically told me "I bet you won't make that mistake again." Thanks a lot for nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

FreeConferenceCall offers accounts that can accommodate up to 96 users, as well as 24/7 customer service. Simply sign up for a FreeConferenceCall.com account and you will be given a dedicated phone number, an access code, a subscriber PIN, and complete instructions on how to utilize our services. You can record your conference call for free and will have access to your recording for 120 days or until you replace it with another recording. You cannot store multiple recordings in your account, but you can download your recording and store it digitally. Only normal long distance charges by each caller's carrier apply. There will be no bill or charges from FreeConferenceCall.com for this service. Maximum one conference time is 6 hours.
