This is difficult for me, because I tend to hold on to hurts for awhile. However, I have found that time heals many wounds.

"... and forgive us as we forgive others" - what is more important, to forgive or be forgiven? You see, it works both ways: if we forgive, we will be forgiven, if we don't forgive neither we will be forgiven.

Forgiving someone is tough if you have really been hurt especially if they show no remorse for their wrong. The act of forgiveness is important because if you hang onto the hurt and pain it will destroy you. It's always best to forgive.
