05/28/2008 | Farmers? I think they have different views and a wide range of different views, while they are often stereotyped as "Jesus-Loving Conservatives" from the Midwest and South (not all are), rural areas in the Northeast with more organic farms vote extremely liberal.

04/08/2008 | Assuming this means the "family" farmers and not the gigantic agribusiness farms, this is a group that hasn't had much support from any part of the political spectrum.
Both Dems and the GOP have taken turns bending them over the table for the past few decades.
