 | SuKingsANDKnights300 (14) 03/30/2008 | Troy was the most powerful Kingdom. The Hittites as depicted by Wolfgang's movie were good archers. Nobody is yet sure whether there was Troy or not?. It's still a myth, that there was also a wooden horse. How could the Greek pulled along this large wooden horse from Sparta Greece to Troy? And why were the Trojans stupid enough to have not obviousely discover the tactics?. But it's said, written and narrated by Homer the Illiad, the Greek were really tired of war with the mighty Troy...(troy..a nation...people..Trojans...instead of Troyans).., so they called for a treaty, in Sparta, and there was a banquet arranged by Melaneaus, and Agammenon, but carelessly the Trojans turned the hospitality, honor, and the treaty into what has become the poisonous head of the snake at Troy. This movie is by 56 % not accurate. In the original manuscripts by the Illiad, there wasn't any horse made of wood, or that Melaneaus was killed. The ships, or the boats weren't so uncountable as that depicted by the movie. And the mother of Achilles wasn't a goddess. Helen was not either by the gods, nor she was a goddess herself. I'm still trying to search for it on the website to find the real epic. But still the movie is absolutely great, and it has the real heroism fashion. There was a giant of course struck down by Achilles in the valley contest.
