Tough call.  There are those who are shrill shouters of racism and sexism when it is not necessary.  (I took some ugly glares at the office for siding with the Duke LAX team when it wasn't pc to do so.)  But this is a shield too often used by those in power to discredit real issues of imbalance and inequity. . .real tough call. . .it's a middle-of-the-road thing for me because we've all seen bullsh#t cries of racism and sexism in the DC workforce that detract from real head-scratchers that make you think "how do they get away with that?"

We all know who they are. The self appointed blowhards who shout racism and sexism at every opportunity. They often profit from speeches, books, articles and appearances based on their often incorrect and many times unjust charges. Think Duke Lacrosse Team and many others.
