This set only gets a three rating from me because I didn't like the design of this card set and Topps in my opinion started to have a lot off years in terms of card design after this in my opinion but this set is extremely valuable as it features the Cal Ripken Jr. rookie where he is featured on the Orioles Prospects card set. Topps with this set started making individual cards for players who were named All Stars in addition to their regular cards instead of inserting an "All-Star" banner/insignia on their card.
