Ruger triggers 2

Whats the deal with Ruger and trigger pull? Every one I've encountered has an intolerably heavy
trigger pull, and I hear same from
lots of other Ruger owners, yet folks will buy a Ruger and then spend another $100.00 or so having
the trigger modified, when other
manufacturers have user-adjustable triggers or a tolerable pull to begin with. The gun/hunting magazines give glorious reviews
that always fail to point out that
an otherwise excellent weapon is
rendered mediocre until you have the trigger customized???
