Dropping your dog off at a groomers then letting your wife pick the dog up at the "old" groomers 4

This happened a few years back but I will never forget it..I had been at the same animal hospital as a groomer for over three years. Not long after changing locations the husband brought his dog to us and I proceeded to groom it. I didn't call for pick up because when he dropped the guy off, he told me that his wife would pick up at such and such time...the problem was that she went to our former location and was quite embarrased when they didn't have her dog. To make a long story short she ended up very angry and I wouldn't want to be her husband!
