 | bferd1 (0) 04/09/2008 | After the trial period on my free acount ended I decided that I liked the service Jajah offered. I wanted to add some credit to my Jajah account using my credit card. After selecting "add $5.00US" credit and confirming that was indeed what I had selected, I clicked "pay now". Everthing good right? No, my credit card was charged $50.00US instead of the $5 that I selected from the drop down menu the site provided.
Now to try to get ahold of Jajah customer service with an email to try to fix the situation. No problem. Wrong, four emails later I'm still waiting to hear back from them!
Lets try their Forums after signing up I waited two days for a confermation email to be sent so I could activate my account. No email. Back to the site to resend confermation email, still no email.
Today I sign back into my Jajah account, and what's that? Remaining credit - zero dollars???
I'm really not sure what is going on at Jajah.com but it doesn't seem to be in my favor.
Let's see if Visa can do anything about it.
Jajah.com
Be very careful!

 | nesher (9) 04/04/2008 | Jajah (based in Luxembourg) is not a traditional VoIP service, but a web activated.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Type in your phone number
2. Type in your friends phone number
3. Click "CALL"
So, every call should be initiated from your PC or from mobile phone supporting Jajah software. Calls between Jajah users are free in 40 countries. But, in order to register, you need to deposit a minimum of $10 to use the service.
Users reported high service reliability and quality.
