Memphis was able to use its athleticism and control the pace of the game while sinking their free throws. UCLA in the second half was not able to get the ball to Kevin Love while its perimeter players were not able to hit its perimeter shots. UCLA was also hurt by the fact that Darren Collison also got in foul trouble and eventually fouled out with aprox 2 minutes left in the game. This game is closer to 3. 5 stars but I almost always round up when making ratings so it gets a four.
