Donovan, you seem like a great guy, i wish u well. If only i could leave my mark on this place, but i am new here so. hehe.

Donovan has always been a wonderful voice of reason here on RIA, as he has always been able to show his true Christian faith and firm belief in God- both with a sense of humor and personal wit- but also with firmness. He is a very good, kind person (like many here are). God bless you, Donovan!

I personally believe he is a well spoken man that loves the Lord and is a blessing to others when he airs his presence on RIA. May you know of the Lords love and direction in you life more and more each day Donovan!!!

Donovan has been a good advocate in his beliefs in God. What I appreciate the most about Donovan is he can speak of his beliefs without being offensive or judgemental. I think if i ever wanted to take religion classes, Donovan would be the kind of person I would listen to. he really strikes me as being a very good Christian.

UPDATED: Yes, I believe and love the Lord. Concerning the reviewer Imorovan who posted below, he is a sincere passionate person who loves the Lord. He has been having some problems on RIA recently and has been challenged, even so he is unwavering in what he views as pure and proper. Even though we have not always agreed on topics concerning faith I know in his heart he believes what he says to be correct. I wish him the best.

Donovan has no problem in openly confessing his belief in God and His savior Jesus Christ. However, when Jesus Said "you are either with me or against me" it leaves no room for indifference or neutrality. Donovan is very tolerant with people, but that should never be a practice when issues of eternal consequences are in play. Encourage the sinner but never fail to point out his sin, or you are not being of any service or help to him. We sin by commission and we sin by commission. Both are equally sins.

I see Donovan as a peacemaker when things tend to get a bit ugly around here, and I would say that's a good Christ-like quality. He has very good reviews, and has shown his humorous side, too.

A good and honest man in my experience, and by far the best writer and the most tolerant among the religious reviewers- sorta the Dylan and not the Donovan of that contingent.

Now Donovan I can dig. He's never judgemental with me, rebel though I may be in matters of faith, and is always there with words of encouragement when you need it.

Donovan is a very warm hearted human being and a great encourager who loves God.

On a whole range of issues, social, political and others, Donovan and I are pretty far apart in our world view.  I suspect he thinks of my politics as cynical or expedient, while I tend to view his as doctrinaire and somewhat naive.  I'm pretty sure that he views my opinions on many social issues as deplorable, if not perhaps outright degenerative, while I view some of his as blinkered and rigid.  Further, I suspect he regards me as a hedonistic, profane and unrepentent sinner.

All that being said, and I said it to make this very clear point, Donovan and I have always treated each other with respect, and while we don't share much in common in our point of view, there has always been courteous discourse between us. 

Donovan appears to me to try very hard to live up to what he believes, especially when its challenging, which is something most people, Christian or otherwise, have trouble with.

 He's a good man. 

Well, he is a given and there is no question at all in my mind about the sincerety in his love and beliefs of God.

I've always seen him as one of the leading Christians on the website.
