I created this list in the interest of giving the critics a "one stop shopping" place for their commentary. This way I won't have to work so hard to find my sardonic amusement each day.
Also for the record, and to provide some legitimate grounds of attack, herewith find attached a selected list of sins. As a cultural, not practicing Catholic, I'm way past going to confession, but this will serve.
Gluttony, in that I have over-indulged in food and drink on numerous occasions.
Envy, in that I had a lifelong desire to play shortstop for the Boston Red Sox.
Pride, in that I am overweeningly proud of having read Finnegan's Wake, not once but twice, and believe I understand about 1/4 of it.
Avarice, in that I have greedily acquired all the Irish pot whisky and bourbon I could find (see cross reference under Gluttony)
Lust, in that I have looked upon tens of thousands of women with untoward thoughts in my head, and lo even acted upon such thoughts at times.
Sloth, in that I have spent lazy weekends on my couch, idly watching bad baseball games between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Seattle Mariners.
Anger, in that I have expressed semi-coherant rage at fans and supporters of the Yankees, Maple Leafs, Cowboys and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
