 | zuchinibut (36) 04/20/2008 | My wife insists on it for her recipe, but I would much rather pass on the bell pepper. I can stomach a little bit of it, but I'm likely to pick around it if forced to eat chili with peppers in it.

 | Automatt (29) 04/17/2008 | The last time I made chili I used 4 different kinds of peppers, and bell pepper is good because it has a nice sweet flavor and comes in different colors.

 | CanadaSucks (45) 04/17/2008 | Actually sweetens the dish. . .red or green is fine, and I'm satisfied with using a half. (The other half I just throw in a salad.) But I can survive without it.
