04/20/2008 | A good chili should have a great collection of spices, but doesn't need to taste hot in my opinion. I can go either way with Tabasco sauce, but its not a necessity.

04/17/2008 | Right before serving this is good as a topping, it has a nice vinegar hit and you can make your chili as hot as you need.
