04/18/2008 | A good topping, but I can do without it. As far as chili toppings go, I think either saltine crackers or oyster crackers rank higher than shredded cheese.

04/17/2008 | I know, I know. . .technically this is a foul because you sprinkle it on top at the end. But I once made the mistake of putting Mozzerela (sp?) which was a stringy mess- stick with a solid cheddar. . .
