Jaxtr has bsolutely horrible support. Customer care doesn't respond for days. Jaxtr had a new service - Freeconnect coz of which I decided to try it but now it's not working since 4 months+. I have mailed jaxtr at least 8 times - many a times they dont reply at all. Nobody tells me the ETA on fixing the issue. I paid Jaxtr for this service and now all my money in stuck, can't use it, they won't reply me back also if they will return my money (since the service does not work at ALL).

When you pay for some service you expect prompt replies atleast.

Use it if you want to try out something new but please don't bother paying for any services because if it fails you have nobody to fall back on. No support. No replies.
