04/19/2008 | Implement a system which would allow prisons to become productive and self sustaining while reducing or even eliminating government spending in the jailing system. Better yet, out of so many small islands in the Pacific, convert one or two of them in fenceless exile places. Send them once or twice a month medical supplies and let them manage to survive on their own. No need for expensive installations and maintenance.
