Riddled with inaccuracies, and the " bad John Goodman" showed up for this one. It seems like only the Cohen Brothers know how to use him...

Bad but not awful, and has a few good moments. Made Ruth something of a cartoonish figure, but frankly the real Ruth was an unbelievable character. It would be a hard character to portray accurately without appearing to caricature.

Not the worst abomination on this list. . .but I applaud John Goodman for admitting in an interview that he was disappointed with this one. . .could have been better- but not really atrocious. . .
