I realize this list is more about Von Sydow's Ming, but I cannot help repeating what may be the worst/ best line in film history, when Flash says in response to "Who are you?" or some such question :

Wet your pants hilarious as Ming the Merciless, so grotesquely over the top that he makes an otherwise mediocre/crappy movie into a camp classic.

This performance makes Chris Walken's similar turn in "Balls of Fury" look utterly mundane.

"Flash! AHHHHHHH!" You will die laughing when you see Max Von Sydow stride in as Ming the Merciless. . .one of the great camp performances of all time, the Max Von Sydow effect is of a Hall-of-Fame caliber in this wonderful piece of trash. He is indeed a memorable (if gaudy) villian. . ."Pathetic earthlings!"
