He has great size and is a road grater type run blocker and has a huge mean streak. The Lions will try to run the ball much more this year and the rookie RT could contribute right away. When you add in Kevin Smith, a workhorse back out of UCF, who had over 2500 yds rushing, the Lions groundgame could be formidable. LB Jordon Dizon out of Colorado may lack alot of size, but he has a great motor and a big heart. He led the nation in tackles and was Big 12 Defensive player of the year. He may start at MLB right away. Cliff Avril out of Purdue has tremendous speed coming off the edge as a DE, he could play alot as well. All in all, the Lions helped themselves out alot by addressing some glaring needs.
