Sounds like a soap box. The potential for it being used for stupidity makes me wary of it...

I wholeheartedly support this idea with the following proviso (upon which I insist or I withdraw my support)

All whining, bellyaching, kvetching, pissing and moaning is to be kept to this forum and only to this forum.

Comments are a good feature of RIA, but if you want to be kept updated with the latest ones, you have to go back, and back, and back to the original review where those comments were posted. A public forum could keep all comments, ideas, suggestions, criticism, ideas, complaints and such in one place and easy to access or respond to. Coments can be clasiffied by topics for easy access.
