Physical activity is the key, and I find that this is a bit cheaper than joining some over-exalted health club or gym. It's not the method that matters, but the fact that it's being done. It'll get results, all the same.

If you haven't done anything in awhile, start with walking and work your way up to more intensive things if you so desire. One thing is for sure; if you have a lot of weight to lose, you'd better get out there and do something before you start to sag like a hot air baloon with a puncture.

It's not rocket science. If you get off the couch, you will lose weight.

I've been keeping track so a have a score to motivate me, and I've done about 4000 pushups so far this year. The last time I did pushups like I am now I was still doing the Jarhead thing. I still gotta up the intensity a bit so I can do 10,000 pushups, but I can do it.

helps. we like to go for walks. may not have lost weight but have not gained anymore. and i seem to feel better after a nice walk.

This is a no brainer. Since I love eating and drinking as much as I do, I just simply need to get out more and do more stuff.
