Well...He was called Homer the bard. He wrote Illiad, odyssey, and the battle of frogs and mice. He was born in the Asia minor province..(Now Turkey)...He was said to be blind, was later found untrue. Homer's favorite words are "Rosey-fingered dawn and wine-dark sea"..and favorite quotes are "always to be the best, distinguished above the rest" His biggest fans are ; Alexander the great, who would carry Homer's books to war with him..."the lines oppening of the odyssey by Homer.."sing to me muse of the man of many talents who travelled far and wide after he had destroyed the holy city of Troy...many were those men whose cities he saved, and whose thoughts he came to know. Many were the sorrows his heart endured across the Aegean sea as he struggled to preserve his life and those of his companions" these are the quotes. Homer walked with giants. In my own defintions of illusions, he looked like he walked with the dinosaurs. At the last footage of the movie Troy of the fallen heroes of Sparta, and Troy, Homer said, I lived in the time of Hector, Achilles and many more. Yes that's true. Heroes or warriors walk with giants, and beasts. Perhaps he walked with the mamoths. If you go to Americas, the American heroes walk with buffalos, and reindeer, come to Africa, African warriors walk with Elephants, buffalos, giraffes, and lions. In Russia, they walk with medvyedevs, bears. This is a world ever known in the time of Homer, who survived the saga. And this was the ancient world shaped by Hector, and Achilles, Alexander, and Aristotle. Today, this is a world once shaped by Mussolini, Hetler, Staline, Roosevelt, Churchill, and before that was shaped by young Napoleon. Now it's being shaped by people like Bush, Saddam, UN general Kimoon, Putin, Sarkozy,and in Africa by Mandela, Nkurumah, and many more. This is a world of walking with giants and heroes.
Update: Discover more about this nation called Greece. Greece is mysterious..this country we see today, has had some earliest remarkable tales, and early myths, we haven't yet discovered. I gotta pay a visit some day to Greece like Wolfgang, and try to make few movies.
