If you don't know how to run a computer, what are you doing on the site anyway? And if you can't point and click, tech support is the least of your problems.

RIA has wonderful tech support. It was magellan who taught me how to hook up a garden hose to the back of my computer to vent the exhaust out of my house.
(Well? Where the hell do you think all that stuff goes when you hit 'delete'? We wouldn't be suffering with Global Warming if everyone learned how to drunk type and not worry about mistakes...)

Now this is true. Last month I asked magellan to pay my internet bill. I will not repeat what he said, but it amounted to "no".

. . . I wouldn't know, I have never had a need for tech support for RIA. It's pretty cut-and-dry. Click on a star, click on the box below it, type whatever you want, click "Submit!", and that's pretty much it. Perhaps I'm not using any of RIA's lesser-known features that may require more technical know-how?

You either are a computer expert or have a crystal ball to foretell what the technical intricacies of the site is, or you are left in the dark.
