The site is certainly discriminating in that it takes measures to maintain a level of civility in its discourse and doesn't tolerate pointless name calling and slurs.  If by discrimination we are talking about bias against a certain group or viewpoint I don't think RIA practices it, but I suppose it supports it in that it allows people to show themselves.

In an open discussion forum, biases are bound to show through, whether intentionally or not. I have never seen it get out of control- at least not without the moderator stepping in. Apparently, what a few here crave is supression of free speech (so long as it is not theirs).

Yes.  Against people who are stupid.  Who cannot support their opinions well.  Who violate rules.  By definition, all groups have to discriminate against something hence there is no group.  But I am not speaking of the discrimination based on ideology, race, gender, et.al.

Practices? Bah. Allows? Only in that they allow people to have their opinion, no matter how discriminatory that opinion may be. Supports? Bah part deux...
