Definate contender for coolest cat of the past century if you've heard or seen the 1939 cd cover of Benny and pioneer electric guitar great Charlie Christian...and Benny's smokin' a joint...whoops,worse- a cigarette!I dig his music-and his attitude-the first band to integrate.I don't think I'd really care to work for him,though.According to band musicians who pissed him off,Benny would give 'em 'the "ray"-stare 'em down.
