 | CanadaSucks (50) 05/10/2008 | I was the last one in the office to get one and these are a mixed bag for me. I for one think we've been suckered. Voice-mails come later depending on level of importance, complex price plans, sketchy coverage if you travel, and a level of technology that makes you ask "there HAS to be a way to make this work or sound better." Top it off with the worst customer service since (insert clever metaphor here) and you have, quite frankly, a mixed bag at best. They are necessary for business, but they aren't as good, as cheap, or as high-quality as they should be.
