Both the BBC and ITV were recently fined heavily for defrauding viewers in a phone-in poll. The BBC were then fined a second time for the same offence, but this time with a charity being the victim. (Add picture)

Well the BBC, at least, is guilty of repeatedly offending, and I feel that if they are quite willing to defraud a charity of money donated from the public, then there is probably no depth they would not be willing to descend to.
