05/22/2008 | They know how to have a good time. Unfortunately, they don't know much else, besides the latest celebrity gossip, and maybe the latest box office figures. The showbiz snob is generally far more vulgar and boring than your average American snob-unless you are part of his tribe. In his favor, the showbiz snob does has the advantage of throwing/attending excellent parties; the main perk of living in the ultra-hedonistic enclaves of an otherwise Puritanical country.

05/20/2008 | If you've spent any time in LA you may have run into this species of snob. They are entertaining, but often if you'd like to talk about something other than "The Business" you'll find yourself out of luck.
