Webb has unquestionably been one of the best pitchers in the game in recent years. However, as he is still in the prime of his career and hassn't reached the mandatory ten season mark yet, for me to put down anything other than a 3 would be highly speculative at this point.

He is on a great pace and getting more and more dominant by the year. As of now, I give him a good shot.

You can make a good case that this guy is the best pitcher in baseball today, and is certainly on course for election to Cooperstown.
However, right now he's 74 and 56 over five and bit seasons, with an ERA over 3.10. He's 29, and while that hardly means he's on the downside, it does mean he got a bit of a late start.
Predicting pitcher's futures is always tricky because they are so prone to injury, and small things can throw a major wrench in a career. Right now, I'd say his chances are 50-50, with a chance to make it about 75-25 if he has three or four solid years in a row.

Webb is still just 29 years old, but he might become the best pitcher of his generation. He has a pretty solid winning percentage for his career, but he has really started taking off in the last few seasons. He won the Cy Young award in 2006, was runner up in 2007, and looks to be the front runner in 2008 with nine wins already before Memorial Day. I definitely see Webb as a Hall of Famer if he continues to pitch like he has in recent years. There aren't many pitchers on his level right now in the Majors.
