Pixenate 3

Pixenate is a good general purpose image editor for use with photos on your hard drive or images already online. It has tools for zooming, enhancing, cropping, resizing, whitening, red eye, sepia and more. You can then upload it to Flickr or save it to your local computer. There arent any really advanced features, but it is very easy to use.
