Chickens are perfect. Ugly, stupid, can't fetch (thus nature insuring they'd be lousy pets) thus I don't feel bad about devouring them wholesale. . .

Especially pigs, cattle and deer. Some of the smaller animals out there are still quite edible, but can be tough and stringy.

Especially with barbq sauce.

I do love animals, and I guess you can say I'm an activist to a certain extent. I believe in humane treatment of all animals. True, there are some animals I prefer over others. Now as far as eating meat goes, yes I do. But there are humane ways to go about that, as well. I would never work in one of those places where they slaughter animals because although I know they have a code of ethics they have to go by, I have no way of knowing if they follow them or not. If I seen something out of the way, I could become a vegetarian very easily.

They do taste good though.

I am an animal lover and think it is terrible the way many animals are treated. However, I also am a big meat consumer. I could easily have chicken at every meal and every now and then I just need a good old fashioned cheeseburger.

Well, some of 'em do, at least, it's not like I've tried all of 'em ( . . . . nor do I have an urge to).

I thought it was cute when one of my husband's co-workers assumed I was a vegetarian or something because I work at a vet's office and I like animals. Yeah, I won't eat anything that's a pet or related to it, but I'm an omnivore, so pass the A-1.

I love most animals, and to be honest no offense but they taste disgusting. It is the way their body parts is cooked and the sauce it is cooked in that makes it taste great, cook it without all that stuff and it would taste horrible. Cook vegetables or tofu that way it would taste better than corpse body part! How a ever people would think dead animal parts, blood, feces, urine, bacteria, death, and disease taste good is beyond me, beyond the logical thinking.

This is just a smart ass way to put it lol,  even tho I love vegies too.

 Still....real men eat meat lol, least once in a while.  Gotta love the pig : pork ribs, bacon, ham  mmmmmm 

Mr. Hog is probably my favorite.  Bossy, the cow is next and I do like those wooly little lambs.  I shouldn't forget chicken and duck, either.

I'd like to be a vegetarian, but it's not in the cards.

When I have to eat vegetables, I need something more, and this something more is meat. I love animals, but some of they were born to be eaten.
