I have been a Skoal Longcut Wintergreen dipper for over 20 years. I bought a 3 pack of the Redman wintergreen longcut just to try it out because the skoal tears my lip up so bad. I love the taste and flavor of the Redman dip.And it doesn't tear my lip up like the skoal does. I didn't buy the Redman to save money i just bought it to try it out and I'm glad I did. This dip last just as long as skoal and the wintergreen is a much more soothing taste.

I recently made a drive of about 5 miles to purchase this tobacco, i was curious, hoping for a low priced and tasty dip. I purchased wintergreen, so i can't say anything about the other flavors, but wintergreen is awful. Opening the can it smelled vaguely of wintergreen, if i held it about a half inch from my nose. I packed in a lip, and discovered there was next to no flavor. Fifteen minutes later it turned into the consistency of sloppy oatmeal. Never did get any color to my spit and for the first 5 minutes it felt like it was rippin my gums apart. On my list it ranks lower than timberwolf, and anything i've gotten for 99c I'll stick to skoal, cope, or grizzly. IMO save your money, and buy griz if on a budget, and if you got cash to spare, buy cope or skoal. Almost forgot the cut is awful, gettin hit with stems etc. Also seemed to be dried out as soon as i opened it. But now that i've found a place that sends fresh cope and skoal in my area, and all blends, i will be sure to add some more reviews.

I would sure hate to think of chewing Redman Dry! That would hurt my gums. I might have to put in my teeth.

It's alright for 1.99 where I live. It gives me bad heartburn unlike other dips. No matter where I get the cans they always seem dry and the tobacco seems crappy. Grizz all the way.

havent tried any of em cept for the fine cut natural, and it wasnt very good. it tasted kinda weird, not even sure how to describe it except for it was kinda spicy tastin and very grainy. i had been dippin nothin but grizzly snuff all summer before that and stuck with it after i tried that one time.

When Sweden put this out 10 yrs ago it was horribly horribly terrible. This time around you can honesly call it very bad. Maybe by the third or fourth time Sweden re-releases it they will have an ok product.

I have only had the long cut wintergreen so far but it is really good. One of the best wintergreens i have had. Plus it is Swedish tobacco so it is the safest dip to dip. I think it is 1.50$ here, the only thing i dont like about it is that its kinda hard to find in my area. I think i might like this better than Grizzly wintergreen, i dont know though, they are really close.

Not good 10 years ago and though better still pretty bad today. Maybe the swedes will get it right the third time around.

Great price. Good dip. I really can't complain about it. I can get this product for $1.43 at my local convenient store in North Georgia. It is cheaper than Grizzly and has better texture in my opinion. The flavor for original long cut is fantastic, and wintergreen is pretty good too. I noticed that the consistency in flavor is not always the same. I can buy a can of wintergreen and it tastes like crap, but most of the time its great. Make sure you get a fresh can for maximum satisfaction. For moist tobacco news/reviews visit: http://frogtowndipper.blogspot.com/

Terrible, but I got 3 free. No taste, no kick. Stick with Cope or Grizzly.

I signed up just to post how great this dip is. Always moist/fresh and tastes amazing. The buzz is incredible too. Can't go wrong when its under 2 bucks. The thing that sucks is its hard to find in the suburbs of Chicago for some reason.

To the one guy who keeps bashing swedish products, let me educate you. First off Swedish tobacco contains the lowest amout of TSNAs , which are cancer causing agents, than any tobacco product out there by a large margine. This is because they Pasteurise their product instead of fermenting it. The fermentaion process raises the levels of TSNAs in tobacco. In sweden Tobacco is listed in the same category as food items and anything that they add to tobacco has to be from a food source...not ammonia and other chemicals like American companies use. I used Copenhagen FC for years and this was the only product that i found to like better than Copenhagen. Especially at $1.50 a can and just as fresh compared to $5 a can for Copenhagen.

This was sold about 8 years ago and landed on the scrap heap within a year or two. Should have stayed there.
