I've paid for McAfee (which sucked) and Norton (which was better), but AVG works best... and it's FREE!

I love how it's free, and that it automatically starts scanning and updating as soon as you turn on your system. The only time I clearly got a virus the program detected it right away and cleared it without any trouble. The only problem I had with it was that the newest version can only be run on Window XP or newer OS, and they cut off the support for old Windows so that left my old computer I use for downloading completely unprotected.

I've been using AVG for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier with it. It was also installed as the default anti-virus program on my new computer. It doesn't suck-up the memory when it's running and scoops 'em out of the dirt like Johnny Bench. It automatically up-dates and neutralizes any threat to the vault. I highly recommend AVG for Democrats, Republicans, Commies, Socialists, Greenies, Grizz-ites and lovers of dawg food, alike.

I got this software from avg.com .This is totally free software and working fine in my system.If you want good anti virus for free go for it.

Good if you can't afford any other, as low as Norton if you have the money.

The worst antivirus i ever saw, reason is
instead of removing virus from files it delete those files, so where r my all my executables gone.
