Perfect! Easy to wear, even if it's heavy. Your back won't hurt. Pretty good design.

I used this backpack on a hiking trip this summer. It was way more comfortable than any external frames I've used. The internal frame is definitely the way to go. I'd give it a 5 except some of the clips on the pack didn't hold well.
