3x9 Unfinished Business

I had heard this was a lousy episode, so I went in expecting the worst. Happily, it wasn't so bad. The whole episode is made up of boxing matches between battlestar galactica characters in a Galactica underground tradition to work off tension and grudges. The boxing matches are interspersed with flashbacks, and lots of new info is exposed. You learn, for example, why there is bad blood between Starbuck and Lee Adama following the occupation on New Caprika. Parts of the episode are pretty well done and there is enough Admiral Adama involved to keep it from sucking.
